Title: Through the Storm

Summary: The rain drums so loudly on the truck roof, Daniel’s teeth vibrate. He can barely see the taillights of the car in front of them; they’re just two tiny, red pinpricks that disappear and reappear intermittently behind a grey wall of water. The muscle in Jack’s clenched jaw jumps every few seconds. His knuckles are white on the steering wheel.
